AI · Caller Recognition

Know who is calling before they even say "hello".

The moment the number rings, the directory, CRM and previous conversations come together: the caller's name shows on the phone, the customer card opens on the agent's screen, and the voice assistant starts with "Hello Ms. Ayşe, are you calling about the device in service?". Three sources, one recognition.

Features

Caller name from the directory

A person in the directory appears by name on the phone and in the report; the PBX updates instantly, no reinstall needed.

CRM pre-lookup

Before the conversation starts the number is looked up in the CRM; the registered customer, open service record and latest status are in front of the assistant and the agent.

Memory

Previous conversation summaries, notes, appointments and quotes for the same number; on the second call it continues where it left off.

Flow by person

Callers registered in the CRM go straight to an agent, unregistered callers go to the assistant first — through a queue rule.

Special day greeting

The assistant congratulates on a birthday or anniversary; if you wish, a voice greeting call goes out automatically.

Screen pop-up

With the web phone and the CRM bridge, the customer card opens automatically on an incoming call.
