Bulk SMS packages
Choose your credits and we will set them up with your application. Prices include taxes.
Packages exclusive to new subscribers are for customers just starting with the SMS service; they can be purchased in the first days after your SMS account is opened.
Credits of monthly packages are used until the end of the month you purchased.
Credits of yearly packages can be used for 1 year from the purchase date.
Notes
- Prices include 20% KDV and 10% ÖİV. Monthly packages are valid until month end, yearly packages for 1 year. The credit for an undelivered message is refunded.
- 1 credits = 1 SMS (160 characters; 155 in a message containing Ş ş Ğ ğ ç ı İ, 70 characters in a message containing emoji). A long message uses more than one credit.
- OTP packages are only for verification codes and are used first; when OTP credits run out, usage continues from SMS credits.
- An approved SMS sender ID is required for sending; once your sender ID documents are complete it is approved within 1-3 business days.

High read rate
SMS needs no internet or app; it lands directly on the phone and appears as a notification. The most direct channel for short, clear messages.
Delivery within seconds
The send immediately enters the queue and is forwarded to the carrier. If you like, you decide how many messages go out per minute; your call center is not swamped by simultaneous replies.
Approved brand sender ID
The message goes out with your company name instead of a number. The sender ID is created from your trade name, brand or domain name and is 3-11 characters.
Upload via Excel / CSV
Upload bulk recipients from an Excel (XLSX) or CSV file or select your Directory groups; invalid and duplicate numbers are filtered out.
Personalization
{ad}, {soyad} and every column in your Excel file become a placeholder in the message: "Hello {ad}, your payment of {tutar} TL has been received."
Scheduled send
Schedule the message by choosing a day and time. If you cancel before the send begins, the reserved credit is refunded.
Delivery report
Delivered / not delivered / timed-out status for each number. Download the report as Excel or CSV.
Credit refund for undelivered messages
The credit for a message the carrier could not deliver is automatically restored to your account.
Duplicate send protection
The same message is prevented from going to the same number twice on the same day; your credits are not wasted and the recipient is not bothered.
İYS-compliant commercial sending
For a send marked as a commercial message, the recipient's İYS consent is checked by individual / merchant distinction; it does not go to a number without consent.
Blocklist and opt-out link
An "I don't want to receive SMS" link can be added at the end of the message; whoever clicks it or texts RET to the short number goes onto the blocklist.
Birthdays and anniversaries
A greeting message goes out by itself at the time you choose on birthdays and anniversaries in your directory.

About Bulk SMS
Credits of monthly SMS packages are valid until the end of the month you purchased; credits of yearly packages are valid for 1 year. Remaining credits and expiry dates are visible in the panel.
No. The credit for a message the carrier could not deliver is refunded to your account automatically. Blocklisted, invalid or duplicate numbers are not sent to in the first place, and no credit is deducted.
For commercial messages such as campaigns, discounts and promotions you need an İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS) registration and brand code; the recipient must also have consented in İYS. İYS consent is not required for informational messages such as orders, appointments and payments.
If there is even one of the letters Ş ş Ğ ğ ç ı İ, a single SMS becomes 155 characters instead of 160; Ö ö Ü ü Ç count as standard. If an emoji or special character is used, a single SMS drops to 70 characters.
