Send SMS from your CRM, ERP, e-commerce platform or your own application, query delivery status, and receive inbound messages and opt-out notifications. REST and JSON; authentication with a Bearer key, events via HMAC-signed webhook.

Send with a single request
the send action: a single number, a list or personalized different texts; placeholders are filled from the recipient fields.
Delivery report
with status, query the status of each message by send number or your own reference (custom_ref).
Signed webhook
Delivery, inbound SMS and opt-out events are signed with X-Buluthat-Signature (HMAC-SHA256) and sent to your address; if they fail they are retried with backoff.
Credit and sender ID query
balance gives the remaining SMS / OTP credits and expiry dates, headers gives your approved sender IDs.
Scheduled send and cancellation
with send_at, a future date up to 90 days; with cancel unsent messages are cancelled and credits refunded.
Blocklist
sync your own opt-out list with blacklist_add / blacklist_remove.
OTP endpoints
manage the verification code with otp_send, otp_verify and otp_status without keeping a separate table.

You upload your documents from the panel; we follow up the sender ID approval.
Your application
Fill in the form and choose the package you want. When your account is opened, your panel password arrives in your email.
Upload the documents
Send the company details, tax certificate, authorized person's ID, signature circular and undertaking from the panel.
Sender ID approval
Your SMS sender ID (3-11 characters) is approved within 1-3 business days if the documents are complete.
Send
Send in bulk from the panel with Excel or the directory, or connect to your software with the SMS API.
About SMS API
On the SMS API page in the Developers section; with sample requests, responses and error codes.
You create it in the panel under Bulk SMS > API and Settings; you also enter your webhook address on the same screen.
A number repeated in the same request is sent once; if duplicate protection is on, the same text does not go to the same number twice on the same day.
