Cloud PBX, minutes, numbers, SMS and AI modules. All prices include ÖİV and KDV; there is no commitment, and you can change packages or leave in any month.

Notes
- Package fees include 10% ÖİV and 20% KDV; billed monthly, no commitment.
- User = number of extensions; each extension can be registered at the same time on an IP phone, softphone, web phone and Android app.
- Concurrent calls = the number of outbound lines that can talk at the same time; inbound calls waiting in the queue do not consume channels.
- Package capacities are the sum of the main package + add-on packages; a package change is applied instantly.
- Talk charges are calculated with per-second precision from the package's per-minute tariff; if there are included minutes, they are used first.
Minute Packages
Talk minutes for all destinations; loaded at the start of the month and reset at month end.
Notes
- Minutes are loaded on day 1 of each month; the unused portion does not carry over at month end.
- Included minutes are for domestic landline and mobile destinations; international, KKTC and special service numbers are charged at the tariff.
- The billing period is stated on the package card (60/60, 60/1 or actual seconds).
- If you run out of minutes during the month, you can upgrade to a higher package within the same month; downgrades apply in the new period.
SMS Packages
Bulk SMS and OTP (verification code) credit packages; sending with your approved sender ID.
Packages exclusive to new subscribers are for customers just starting with the SMS service; they can be purchased in the first days after your SMS account is opened.
Credits of monthly packages are used until the end of the month you purchased.
Credits of yearly packages can be used for 1 year from the purchase date.

Notes
- Prices include 20% KDV and 10% ÖİV. Monthly packages are valid until month end, yearly packages for 1 year. The credit for an undelivered message is refunded.
- 1 credits = 1 SMS (160 characters; 155 in a message containing Ş ş Ğ ğ ç ı İ, 70 characters in a message containing emoji). A long message uses more than one credit.
- OTP packages are only for verification codes and are used first; when OTP credits run out, usage continues from SMS credits.
- An approved SMS sender ID is required for sending; once your sender ID documents are complete it is approved within 1-3 business days.

Notes
- For AI modules such as the Voice Assistant and Quality Analysis there is a usage (minutes / analysis) fee in addition to the monthly fee; if your package has included minutes, they are used first.
- The module is purchased from the panel; the first month is billed immediately, and later months go into the period invoice. A cancelled module closes at the end of the period.
- No extra charge for modules included in the package.

Per package: 60/60, 60/1 or actual seconds. How each call is calculated is visible in the report.
Prepaid or invoiced
Top up your balance and use it; month-end invoicing for corporate customers. A credit limit can be set.
By card, by transfer, automatic
Card top-up with iyzico / PayTR, bank transfer, auto top-up instruction on low balance.
About pricing
You can try it free for 14 days; no credit card is requested. During the trial the PBX, extensions, IVR, queue, call recording and mobile app are open; outbound calls are off, and numbers are allocated with approval.
If the package card says "setup", it is charged only once in the first month; if it doesn't, there is none. Number porting is free.
The overage fee is deducted from your balance at the package's per-minute rate. If the balance and credit limit run out, outbound calls stop automatically; inbound calls are not affected.
For a prepaid customer, an e-Arşiv invoice is issued when money is loaded, monthly fees are deducted from the balance and an account statement is created. For an invoiced customer, a period invoice is issued at the start of the month.
Yes, instantly from the panel or by writing to us. On upgrades the difference applies from that day, on downgrades from the new period.
Credits of monthly SMS packages are valid until the end of the month you purchased; credits of yearly packages are valid for 1 year. Credits for undelivered messages are refunded to your account.
There is no commitment; it is closed at period end. We refund your remaining balance and give you 30 days to download your call recordings.
