KVKK Privacy Notice
Information as data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

1. Data controller
Buluthat ("Şirket") Firuzköy Mahallesi, Mezarlıküstü Caddesi, No: 8/1, İç Kapı No:1, Avcılar / İstanbul adresinde faaliyet gösteren veri sorumlusudur. İletişim: destek@buluthat.com.
2. Personal data processed and purposes
- Application and contact forms: first name, last name, email, phone, company details; for the purposes of evaluating your request, establishing a contract and communication.
- Service usage: call records, caller/called numbers, duration, call recordings and (if enabled) AI-generated transcripts/summaries; for the purposes of providing the Service, billing, quality and security. This data is processed on behalf of our customer and on our customer's instructions (as data processor).
- Live demo: the audio transmitted from your browser is passed to the AI model in real time; the conversation transcript and your IP address are stored for quota and security purposes. Demo audio is not recorded to disk.
- Website: IP address, browser information, cookies; for security and statistics purposes.
3. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred, to the extent required by the Service, to telecommunications operators, payment institutions (iyzico, PayTR), voice/language model providers (OpenAI, Google) and, where legally required, to competent authorities. Transfers abroad are made only under the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 and with your explicit consent or where adequate protection exists.
4. Legal basis and retention
Data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment and performance of the contract (Art. 5/2-c), legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and, where necessary, explicit consent. Call records and billing data are kept for the period required by applicable legislation, and application data for at most 2 years.

KVKK m.11 uyarınca verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, düzeltilmesini ve silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme haklarınız vardır. Başvurularınızı destek@buluthat.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
