Your corporate number is also on WhatsApp.
Have your customers write to the same number they call you from on WhatsApp. Open a WhatsApp Business account with the 0850 or city number you received from Buluthat: since landlines cannot receive SMS, it reads the WhatsApp verification code by calling aloud, our PBX answers that call, listens to the code, and writes it to your panel. You do not need to share your mobile number.
Features
Listen with a single click
On the panel, press the 'Wait for verification call' button next to your number; the verification call coming to that number will be captured for 15 minutes.
Code on your screen
The PBX answers the call, records it, the AI decodes the code: a 6-digit code appears on the screen in large font within a few seconds, copied with a single click.
Listen to the recording
If the code is unreadable, the call recording will be on the same screen; you can listen and write the code yourself. No verification will be missed.
Mobile number is not required
Install WhatsApp Business on a phone or tablet without a SIM card; the account remains on your company's number, even if the employee changes, it does not go away.
Calls remain at the switchboard
WhatsApp is for messaging only; phone calls to your number will still go to IVR, queues, and your extensions as usual.
For each number
If you have multiple numbers, you can open a separate WhatsApp account for each: branch, support, sales.
