Cookies
buluthat.com uses only technically necessary cookies: a session cookie for form security (CSRF). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. If analytics is added this page will be updated and consent requested.
Voice assistant and call recordings
Conversations held on our customers' PBX are recorded depending on our customer's setting and are our customer's data. During a conversation the AI assistant passes the audio to the model provider in real time; audio is not written to disk on Buluthat servers, and only the text transcript and summary are stored. Under its system rules the assistant does not ask for card numbers, passwords or ID numbers.
Payment details
Card details never enter Buluthat systems at any stage; payment pages are served by iyzico / PayTR and 3D Secure is completed there. A saved card is represented only by the token issued by the payment institution.
Security
Data is carried on servers in Turkey over an encrypted connection (TLS). Customer panel sessions can be protected with IP restriction and two-step verification. API keys and integration secrets are stored encrypted.
